Costs vary depending on the property and services required. There is no fee to use Guardians. As well as saving on insurance and business rates, there is additional saving of not needing traditional security of vacancy management solutions.

You can reclaim your property with notice, a minimum of 31-days. We ask that you give our Guardians the maximum amount of notice possible to give them chance to find a new home. VPS manages the exit process and ensures the property is vacated and returned in good condition.

Yes. As the owner you retain full rights to the property. VPS can help designate specific areas for Guardian use, while keeping others reserved for owner access or future plans.
